The Kramer
I received this email from a friend.
Let’s help Jesse Jackson out. With the recent events of Michael Richards screaming out the N-word at some brothers at a comedy show. And Rev. Jackson pushing that the N-word not be used in TV, radio, music, etc. I have come up with a solution that will solve this problem forever. I call it the “Kramer”! Instead of using the derogatory N-word use Kramer instead. This way the N-word is no longer used and the dummy that thought he could get away with it saying it will now be remembered forever. So let’s look at how the new terminology can be used.
What up Kramer! Kramer please! What that Kramer up to? Who is that Kramer? That Kramer is crazy! You dumb azz Kramer! Shut up Kramer. Now with those being very good examples of the new N-word this should make Rev. Jackson and others happy. And also putting away a very nasty word, which has plagued our lives for many years. So please pass this along to everyone you know so that we can start using this ASAP and follow the new “Say No to Nier” campaign.
P.S. One loophole – white people still can’t use the Kramer word

BOOK CRITICAL OF AFRICAN AMERICANS WHO USE THE N-WORD
Los Angeles, CA., – Author H. Lewis Smith has written a thought provoking, culturally divided book that will not only spark heated conversation, but can also bring about real change. The N-word is often used in the African American community amongst each other and is generally not a problem when spoken by another African American. However, once the word is used by a Caucasian person, it brings on other effects. The question is “who can use the word and why?” Smith believes it is a word that should be BURIED
!
The book is written in a manner that all can understand. The points are well-taken and the wording is easy to follow. There are quotes from great people in our history including Martin Luther King, Jr., Harriet Tubman, James Baldwin and many, many others. Smith has mixed history with honesty, love with life, education with effects. This is a great book for educators, parents, managers, professionals, newsmen, and anyone else wanting an in-depth look at the N-word, the effects and the solutions. A MUST READ

Ha – well, I would check the date on your friend’s email because there was a skit on this weekend’s Saturday Night Live that was exactly that…
Two of the cast mates pretended to be the Rev Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on the ‘Weekend Update” News segment where the two said everyone should substitute the N-word for “Kramer”. It was very similar to the stuff your friend emailed you (which doesn’t make it any more or less funny). LOL
BTW, as I linked to in this comment, Michael Richards – who admittedly was wrong and offensive during his rant at the Laugh Factory – is not a racist… because he certainly hasn’t acted like one, as is indicated in this ENN article.
Just FYI in case you find it interesting or amusing.
Thanks for clarifying this. Where is the article link? I still think he is a racists. Too much came out of his mouth. He has some deep seated hatred of Black people. But, it’s ok…

> Where is the article link?
OH - I’d made the article’s website address my “url” in the last comment I made (the same title as the article on ENN: “Michael Richards LIKES Black People”).
It’s here:

Sorry about that. I should have pointed it out.
Thanks for the link. I didn’t think this incident would hurt sales. First of all, very few Blacks even watched the show.
